This was very easy to assemble. My husband put it together by himself. The material seems to be fairly durable and the roll up windows have screen netting. The door has double zippers. This thing is huge and a great deal for the price. However, unless you don’t have any wind where you live it is not built to last out of the box. These greenhouses are designed to have the plastic overhang quite a bit so that can be buried in the ground, covered with rock, etc. That is in order to keep it from Being lifted by wind. In the photo you can see how I attached it to treated lumber on the bottom. You can see the size of this thing. The hoop portion is made up of four pieces. This professional greenhouse kit combines a sturdy aluminum-steel frame with durable 720 g/m² polycarbonate panels for all-weather protection. Overall it’s difficult structure to assemble. The instructions say three people to help with it. I attempted it alone and it is tricky , you need a large floor space to make the assembly easier. The instructions are OK, there was some times I got stuck and had to take a few pieces apart to get it right. It’s not perfect and it does have a lot of flaws . The seams and some areas where the polycarbonate panels go there is air gaps which I’m not sure will help keep the air inside warm during cooler months. I will eventually alter it once I know how I want it. But the major issue I had was the height of the overall greenhouse. I will have to lift it by putting down a block foundation. It is a very nice looking greenhouse but I feel that you will need to do some altering to get it right. Possibly silicone some areas of the panels and this was you can make it air tight and then control the airflow yourself with the hatch on the roof. The door will also need some kind of weather stripping to help seal it. Again I’m thinking cooler months. Finished project was beautiful. Not NOT Company’s fault but the shipping people really smashed up the boxes and caused little nicks in the plastic glass. Still turned out nice. We added a paver floor by adding sand under the pavers and finishing with paver sand for the top. We wet paver sand let dry and swept off excess.
