It's a good ping pong paddle for intermediate players. I used the Stiga Evolution for 8 years prior to buying this paddle. This paddle provides more speed and good control. I only played with it for a few hours, but the Evolution has more spin and more "feel" when hitting the ball. It all depends on your style of play and skill level, and preference. I think it's a nice grill took a bit to assemble, but got it done only to find out that it apparently you can't convert it to natural gas! Before chking out, it has the area showing thing that go along with the purchase. One being a cover and the other being a natural gas conversion kit.
