The vanity itself is well made and impressive. I purchased the grey and love the color. Unfortunately when we opened the box containing the counter top and sinks one of the sinks had a big crack. The whole top is being replaced at no charge but I won't be getting it for another 3 weeks which has now put our remodel on hold and that is why I am rating it a 4. My advice to anyone purchasing a large vanity do it locally so it doesn't get damaged and you don't have to add a month on to your remodel. Fingers crossed the next one isn't cracked.. Constance. Arrived on the date I scheduled and was delivered into my bathroom, which was great because it is heavy! The shipping box was very well protected and both pieces were in perfect condition. It looks stunning, and I am very pleased. The only thing to know is that, because of the bottom drawer, hookup for the drain was tight with less than 1/4" between the bottom of the p-trap and top of the drawer.. Alan. Phoenix, AZ.
