I ordered the more expensive version of this to include the mirrors. The mirrors did not arrive and Wyndham customer service is stating that is for a different vanity even though I am showing a screen shot directly from my order. Update, they called me and resolved the issue. When speaking to someone on the phone everything went well. Arrived on the date I scheduled and was delivered into my bathroom, which was great because it is heavy! The shipping box was very well protected and both pieces were in perfect condition. It looks stunning, and I am very pleased. The vanity itself is well made and impressive. I purchased the grey and love the color. Unfortunately when we opened the box containing the counter top and sinks one of the sinks had a big crack. The whole top is being replaced at no charge but I won't be getting it for another 3 weeks which has now put our remodel on hold and that is why I am rating it a 4. My advice to anyone purchasing a large vanity do it locally so it doesn't get damaged and you don't have to add a month on to your remodel. Fingers crossed the next one isn't cracked.. Constance. Beyond pleased with the manufacturer of this item (Wyndham) and with Wayfair. I unfortunately received a badly broken countertop, but Wayfair replaced the entire item. The second one was in perfect condition and though the project was delayed, it was 100% worth the wait. This is a great quality piece. It fit my space very tightly, but my amzing contractors made it work. He also added a toe kick to the bottom for that custom look. I highly recommend this product and anything from this company. I have always been so greatful for the awesome customer support by Wayfair. Therefore, I do not hesitate to make larger purchases here. The tile backspash is also Wayfair! This is well made and reasonably priced. I would have given it 5 stars, but as a previous reviewer noted it is really shiny. It is also a very true, cool toned bright white. This is important to note if incorporating a white countertop or sinks. We ended up switching out the hardware and overall are happy with it. I will post some pictures to try to show the true color. One other note of caution if you are pairing with a custom countertop with under mount sinks. Apparently now it voids the stone warranty if the installer drills into the stone so they use a different type bracket. Because the side panels on this vanity are inset the screws came through. I was worried about the blue color being too bright, but it’s actually a deep blue, very elegant. The light vein marble top really is light veined. It’s not overwhelming which is another thing I was worried about. Both pieces come well secured in separate boxes for easier transporting.
