Once complete and set up its a decent enclosure. We got it for our chickens and attached the hen house to it, just left off a couple bars and zip tied the entrance right to it. The instructions absolutely suck and we wound up having to unbolt like 200+ connections to double up the gussets. Now, my wife and daughter got the base started and then asked for my help, I never questioned whether or not they started it correctly so perhaps they missed a step. The door is like waist high to my 6’ frame so it’s a definite crouch to get in there. I can stand in between the “roof trusses”. It has a good appearance and I wonder how it will hold up to the AZ monsoon winds. I used spiral drill in anchors to pin it down, no way the little stakes it came with will keep this in our yard in high winds. I am contemplating what to do in a couple years when the top is sun rotted away, there are only a few trusses to make the roofline and while it looks great, it does not take much to push it off level/plumb. To my amazement, this came in three relatively small, but heavy boxes and we were a few nuts and bolts short but they at least give you a spare parts bag, which had enough to complete the build. Be prepared that this comes in literally hundreds of individual pieces so it can look overwhelming, just follow it step by step and comes together rather nicely, be patient nd take your time. It really is an amazing engineering feat to get this big ole enclosure in these three little boxes. Overall, I am pretty happy with it. I wish the top had the same level of structure (aka bars) as the walls so the fabric top can be optional for predators and when it simply rots away but it would be easy enough to just get some netting and/or a shade later.. Appears to be relatively heavy-duty and well made. It is certainly long enough to serve as we expected for our old fat beagle to use to get up into my truck, on the couch and possibly onto the bed again. Rocky has arthritis in his hips and we do a lot of lifting of his aft end to get him up the back steps, into the truck and onto the couch. The ramp is long enough to make the grade favorable and not so steep he cannot negotiate most "climbs" as needed. The ramp is very compact when collapsed, yet quite strong when extended for use. Very helpful for carrying our 58 lbs. Labrador when she had a ruptured cervical disc at age 11 and couldn’t walk. The stretcher is very sturdily made with handles that are comfortable and easy to hold. The strap to hold your pet on worked well and gave us confidence that we weren’t going to hurt her. My husband and I could carry her (ages 69 and 75) out to the yard, to the car, into the vet. She doesn’t need it since her surgery but it’s very comforting to have it on hand, just in case. I got this for my Maltese he is 11 pounds and this was the perfect size for him. He has plenty of room to sleep in here. It was easy to setup and like that it’s a matte black. The locks on the door are nice because it has one at the top which is easy easy to undo but it also has one at the bottom which my kids can’t undo easily so it keeps my dog safe.. Yulitza. While this seems well constructed for having just received it yesterday and not yet using it. My cats were both exploring inside which was reassuring to me. Not pictured is the floor mat within, though I am still getting a crate pad or something because there is no cushion. This was easy to setup and seems it will be easy to break down for storage. HOWEVER... while the item is in new condition, I was sent a returned product and paid full price instead of out of the box price. In my photos I'm including the printed email return form that was included within the bottom of the fully enclosed box. I am not James and this order was placed May 19 not May 11, James paid $125.99 and I paid $122.33 at what was listed as NEW and not out of box. There was also no printed assembly instruction within, which yay for trees, but just provides further proof that I was sent a returned out of box item. My order ends in 715, James order ends in 605. I don't have the time window to return it for my needs and that's just bad for the environment, but Wayfair should make this right.
