Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. This bar cabinet can hold A LOT of bottle, glasses and accessories and much much more. Check my photos out, in my photos, I did not ouch the bottles all the way back because I wanted to make it easy for me to grab them, but each shelf can hold about 10-12 spirit bottle, maybe a little more depending how big each bottle is.
