The bad - The manufacturers instructions are absolutely horrible and you cannot find assistance on their website. - I was also disappointed that the remote does not allow me to dim the lightbulbs even though they are dimmable bulbs. - You have to use the remote and your existing switches need to remain in the “on” position, but otherwise are functionally obsolete - One of the glass globes did not have the threaded piece attached so it could not be put on. The other globe had the threads attached, but it was in a damaged way so that the threads did not screw on all the way and the globe broke off. The threads are now stuck and will not come off. Unfortunately, all of the globes and arms are tied together and meet in the center so there is no way to remove only one of the arms and replace it. Therefore, I will need to replace the bottom portion which includes all of the light fixture component as well as need two globes with the threaded pieces intact.
