This rug is soft and low pile. It was packaged really well and did lay flat after only one day. I have this rug in my kids room, and I have had to vacuum it a lot, and it has held up well. Great product for the price. I've been using this machine at my boba shop for 2 weeks and it's not bad. However, not really a commercial rated product since the output is less than advertised. It's approximately 3-4 servings (170g per serving which is a standard) at once then wait 3-5 minutes for chamber to freeze soft serve again for reuse. The actual output is approximately 48-60 serving per hour at the most not 200 servings. It's still a bargain for the price and the quality of the soft serve ice cream it dispenses is excellent. The real Crema Marfil is quarried near Alicante, Spain, and is technically a limestone. However, it is widely labeled as a Marble because it can be polished to a high shine. It has a subtle beige veined background and is an excellent material if you are looking for a gentle warm neutral color palette. Please beware of less expensive options on the market quarried often from Turkey, Indonesia, Egypt, or China as they have less desirable yellow, pink or red hues.
