We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. This is a truly epic fan. Firstly, it can blow super strong if you want that or blow lightly if you like. The way it can oscillate vertically or horizontally is super cool and allows a rooms air to circulate yet not be blowing directly on you. This is convenient for when you're sleeping or when you need air to move really efficiently around a room. It can also just oscillate vertically or the more typical horizontal oscillation. The lamp option in very neat and so is the remote though I havent found the need to utilize those two features for my needs. I received a replacement, pre-seasoned, rust resistant 28” griddle. My original griddle was purchased 3 years ago and rusted very badly.
