Love this as an accent to the main wall in my new shower. Tile guy said it was HARD to work with because it’s very thin. So the glue filled the grout lines. It’s good stuff! Love the color and finish, and as mosaic tiles go, it’s a very easy install. Being porcelain, it’s very hard and durable, and perhaps best of all, you can use an orbital sander to remove thinset and grout without damaging the finish—huge time saver! Just one critical thing to know in advance: these are spaced at 4mm, and you’ll have to search hard to find 4mm spacers. 3/16 is too wide, 1/8 is too skinny. On the upside, if things start looking a wee bit out of alignment, you can use those 3/16 and 1/8 spacers (very selectively) to cheat a little, with no discernible impact to aesthetics.. Ryan. I’m really happy with these foam mats. I used them in my garage, and they’ve worked perfectly for creating a comfortable workout space. The interlocking pieces made installation quick and simple, and they fit together securely without shifting. The 34-inch thickness gives good support and makes workouts more comfortable, especially for bodyweight exercises and yoga. I also like that they help reduce noise and protect the flooring underneath. I have a few workout machines and a pool table in there, and the mats have helped protect the floor while making the space feel more finished and usable.
