Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. So far, so good. I have the Wash Tower 2.4 with heatpump. Its quiet, clothes come out dry and time is good. I dont watch the clock but it doesnt seem longer than my full size LG washer downstairs. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!. Acm71. NC. Wed Dec 11 2024

Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient.
