Very nice looking wine refrigerator. Seems to be holding the set temperatures, but only time will tell how well it holds up overall. Keeping my fingers crossed that it lasts for many years to come. The reason for 4 stars is because when it was delivered they did not remove the packaging or the pallet it was on. I assumed since I paid to have it delivered to my room of choice that they would unpack it for me, but they did not. Luckily my husband and I, with the help of my brother-in-law, were able to get it off of the pallet and remove all of the packaging. If I lived alone, though, I would have had to hire someone to help me or try to bribe the delivery guys, I guess. Also I wish the shelves had a tiny bit more space between them, as it’s kind of a tight fit for some of the bottles. These are the frames. You have to order the racks separately. Once you figure out the frame height based on your ceiling height, you will need to cut the frame to size. Then you can install the racks. Holes are not pre-drilled so you can essentially make any configuration you want. I ordered the 42 bottle configuration and it came in 2 separate racks. I think it was a 28 bottle rack and a 14 bottle rack that I just stacked one on top of the other and drilled into the frame. Bought longer nails because it comes with short ones.
