Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. Beautiful appearance. Shelves are sturdy. Blue backlighting is nice. It did take a couple days with the doors closed to get to the set temperatures but doesn't budge anymore.
