I am OBSESSED with this sink. I looked at many sinks before purchasing and nothing compared to a cast iron sink. It is easy to clean with a magic eraser sponge and is slightly slanted I believe so good goes down the drain easier. This sink completed my kitchen renovation and I am so glad I went with this over a cheaper quartz sink, it is worth it in the long run! It is very heavy though and I believe the people that installed my cabinets had to add some extra support to be able to hold the sink so I would look into what weight your cabinets can hold before purchasing. Love this sink! It was so hard to find in black. The quality seems fine, clean and shines nicely. Love having one smaller sink and one larger sink so I can wash veggies while filling pots. The shallow center divider makes it easy to use both sides or rest pots on center while washing. BUT!!!! So frustrated that you can order this sink $300 cheaper directly on the companies web site. I contacted Wayfair for a price adjustment and all they said was the company sets the prices. They refused to offer any refund or credit. Do yourself a favor go directly to the company to order.. Beautiful heavy duty sink! It’s a true white and very heavy to the point that the box it shipped in was almost torn open upon delivery. This sink replaced my previous sink with similar dimensions, didn’t have to shave down the countertop opening for it which was great. The 4 holes are amazing for anyone looking for the vintage look with a sprayer like I opted for. You do have to buy the basket strainerflange separate or reuse your old one if that’s an option. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. This is the second home I have installed Kohler Riverby sink in because I love it so much! I have had the 30" version of it in my house since 2016 and it still looks like new! Keeping the included rack in the sink keeps it from getting scratched or marked. I needed a smaller sink for a small condominium I own, so I purchased the same sink in this 25" version. Having the drain offset away from the center makes it much easier to place and rinse dishes without spoons or forks dropping straight down into the drain, so I have never had that issue. It is beautiful, sturdy and the best part is how it slightly slopes downward toward the drain, making rinsing and cleaning it much more efficient. We installed this 5 years ago on a remodel and had looked at the 9" depth in the store and decided on that one. We didn't realize right next to it was the 5" depth and when we went back to order at the plumbing store, accidentally just pointed the 5" depth out in a rush to get it ordered. When it arrived, the plumber pointed it out and said we would hate it and offered to return and reorder, but we had already waited 3 weeks for this one and were eager to be done with the remodel so we opted to keep it. We are 5 years in and wish we had paid more attention and listened to our plumber. The sink, while lovely and works, is not deep enough to counter splashing when washing hands, pots, etc. and so as a result the granite around the sink is already showing signs of hardwater stains that we will have to pay to have polished out.
