We ordered this bed for one of the bedrooms in our luxury cabin build and I am honestly so impressed with the quality. The wood is heavy, sturdy, and looks far more expensive than the price point. You can really see the craftsmanship in the finish and overall design. It was also very easy to put together and feels extremely solid with no squeaking or movement. The Queen Size Sleigh bed is extremely solid! It was really easy to put together. The color of the wood fits in perfectly with my existing furniture! It came packaged very well with no damage during delivery. If there is any downside, I would say the Queen size frame fits the box spring snug with no room to spare. I have been searching for a fully assembled murphy cabinet bed for a long time, and after months of consideration, I decided to splurge and purchase this model! I wanted something that would be easy to open and close on a daily basis, that you’d be able to leave the sheets / comforter on when closed (this eliminated tons of other options because most Murphy cabinets have 3-section mattresses, meaning the sheets need to be taken off every time.) I just received this product today, and Wayfair delivered the insanely heavy box right into the room for me for free!! Mattress is very firm so you may want to get a thin mattress topper for it. Edit: (1 week update) The bed and mattress emitted very strong odors that gave me headaches and a sore throat symptoms for days. It says it is CA Phase 2 compliant for formaldehyde, so just be careful and make sure to let the product air out (off gas) in the garage for a few days before sleeping on it. This bed is so beautiful! It came in with a horrible star tool and thank goodness I had my own as the one they gave in the kit was horrible! Also on one side of the bed there was no holes in the material so we had to make our own in the fabric to mount to the base but overall its a very sturdy, and beautiful bed. Wayfair has been great in getting in touch with the manufacturer regarding some sort of warranty should we have issue but hope we have none. We are happy with the purchase from Wayfair. Gorgeous bed! I absolutely love the tall headboard- it makes such a beautiful statement. The off-white color has a subtle beige woven texture, which makes it feel unique and pairs perfectly with the dark wood frame. The bed comes with three slats and you’ll just need a box spring or an adjustable base. In the photo, I’m using a 9-inch box spring with a 12-inch mattress because I needed a bit of extra height for when my mom visits. Without that added height, the distance from the slats to the dip in the headboard is about 15 inches, which actually makes the headboard appear even taller and more dramatic.
