We are replacing a Delta pullout wand with a overhanging Grohe. It has yet to be installed by our plumber, but I can attest to the Grohe faucet we have in the bathroom sink. Works like a charm. It's a single handle model. Delta is an excellent product, especially insofar as the warranty is concerned. Customer service sends out parts without charge, and there is no hassle involved. The reason we've switched is simple. The pullout does not pull out with ease. In addition the hose often gets cinched, so as to prevent the flow water. The overhang should not do this. Update. Recently installed. The pull down faucet is. Easy to install to operate. Note that the non-spray function is not aerated. Good to have a deep sink, so as to prevent splashing outside the sink. It is worth every penny that I spent on it, and I could not be any happier with it! The large bowl makes washing dishes by hand easy, and there is plenty of room to place and soak dishes and cookware as I'm cooking and baking. The sink also drains well and is easy to keep clean. In terms of construction and aesthetics, the sink is high-quality and has a sleek and appealing design. It can be installed as an undermount or an overmount. Because I had the older sink replaced and was restricted to the size of the already-existing opening for it, I had mine installed as an overmount. The narrow flange around the top still gives it a sleek and modern finish, and there is still plenty of depth to the sink bowl.
