This is a beautiful gazebo. Assembly requires a fair bit of work and expertise. The price is very good, but budget at least a $2000 for decking, and assembly. The costs were worth it to us. Well as much as I love this gazebo I wanted to be transparent on how many pieces this thing actually is. Took about two hours to unbox and unwrap the entire thing. I will say it was thoroughly packages which I really appreciate but every single thing was wrapped individually. We have a previous gazebo from wayfair that was a little smaller in size but took us about 3 hours total to put it together. We are on day 4 and still do not have it up completely. I do love it and how its looking and will post the finished once its all up but I recommend making sure you have enough hands to help or you prepare the prep of opening everything first. It looks good in the photos, but far from what was espected. Even though the instructions are fairly good and the packaging was excellent, the time to assemble for 2 people is no where near 6-8 hours. The time to assemble is 2 to 3 times that. ihad to throw out all the roofing screws because they would strip out or would have come loose in the wind. I replaces with full thread roofing screws. The hup roof is designed with two j channels back to back that leaves an opening of about 1/2 inch for water to get in, I ended up filling with silicon. Love the carport! We had construction guys install it with concrete footings. No easy digging in the Rocky Mountains! Also had a different roof put on to match our red roof.
