Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. These are excellent commercial grade LED bulbs which can replace traditional HID metal halide/high pressure sodium bulbs. Ballast must be bypassed, as these use just normal 120V line voltage. I bought this thinking it would work for me but it doesn’t fit the light it was intended for. It’s a 32 watt or 300 watt equivalent high lumen led lightbulb. It says it will last for 25,000 hours.
