The company was so great and when I called to see if I could get a replacement for the glass, they sent me a new lamp. I chose to show the lamp in the shipping package so I could warn people to cut away the bubble wrap and plastic bag before trying to remove the glass. Great looking lights and well made. The only caveat is that the styrofoam and plastic packaging inside the lights (need for shipping safety) is VERY DIFFICULT to remove.
