I did have one quick question about the setup, and their customer service team (contact info was right on the manual) was incredibly professional and friendly. Its rare to get a real human who actually knows the product! The build quality is top-notch—it feels heavy-duty and has that high-end outdoor kitchen look. One of the biggest selling points for me was the versatility. It’s set up for LPG, but I wanted to hook it up to my home’s gas line. I just bought the Natural Gas conversion kit from the same store, and it made the switch super easy. The cooking surface is massive (871 sq. in. is no joke), and the heat distribution is very even. We love our new outdoor kitchen! Looks like the pictures. With a little tweaking of the castors we were able to get them all lined up perfect. We bought the griddle to go inside of the grill and I cook everything on it! We also bought the matching Pizza oven and it made my outdoor kitchen complete. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out.
