This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. My toilet buttons had to be jiggled to stop the water running. I watched a video that said where the problem probably resides. Plumbing work is like going to the dentist - no one really wants to "kick the skunk" as one fix tends to create another repair. I set aside two hours to do this. At 1430 I shut the water off. At 1435 I pulled the errant part. At 1440 I reinstalled the new part supplied by Wayfair. At 1445 I turned the water back on. Everything worked and I'd spent 15 minutes...That makes me really happy..
