Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is quite beautiful. Love the full glass top. It is soft close. One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. This is a great option for us as we typically don't use a liquid fabric softener, but we do switch back and forth between two different detergents. The automatic dispensers are a game changer as we have teenagers that tend to use too much detergent. Huge capacity! Even though it is large capacity, I do not have an issue with reaching items in the bottom of the tub as I did with our last washer. That is a huge plus for me! There are a lot of preset cycles to choose from, or you can create your own through the settings menu. The cycle you set shows the time to complete and I find that it has been pretty accurate. The AI cycle is new to me, but a neat concept that I am exploring. The spin cycle did a great job on the towels, which cuts down on drying time. Little to no vibration during the spin cycle. Pretty Impressed! Using the LG ThinQ app, you can do even more customizations. A couple of fun ones are you can change the startup greeting screen (ours is currently a snowman) and tune that plays when a cycle is finished. You can also get an alert on your phone or watch through the app when the cycle is finished. The built-in faucet is perfect for treating stains or a quick rinse if you don't have a sink in your laundry room. Overall, we have been happy with this purchase. This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. Easy order. Delivery guys were so awesome. But here’s my problem so far (I just got this today). When I was looking at purchasing, a lot of people had on their reviews that the access access panel was difficult to get to. Believe it. You have 4. 3-inch screws. Set deep into the corners of the access panel. They are so hard to get in and out I had noticed even on My spa The assembly people put one in crooked and then just screwed a new one on top of it. Aqua rest really needs to rethink that access panel and make it much easier to access. As far as spa is concerned it is very pretty ! mines at a 110 but I do notice that the Jets are nice but not strong enough for a deep tissue massage. You may want to think about that if you’re looking for strong jets Also, I had ordered the Keystone color which online looks a little bit brown and when I got my steps first, they looked gray.
