With the exception of one assembly step, this was a straightforward one strong person unpacking and assembly. At one point they want you to have the base stood up on its side so that the pillars can be slid through the holes in the bale. I made a support of the shipping boxes to support the then horizontal heavy pillars parallel to the floor while I attached them. ALSO: do the later steps that require you to work at the bottom while the stand is already on its side. The motor runs smoothly but I haven't attached tho 100" screen to it yet—I don't expect that will be a problem. We have put it up and it looks great! Really finishes off the frame tv and is easy to assemble, but you do need to pay attention to the instructions included. I cannot believe how it makes the screen look like a piece of art. Definitely worth the cost especially if your tv is the main focal point of the room.
