I bought this to do monthly maintenance on my old sewer line where roots get in at about 25' so no more rentals. I just used it for the first time and it did the job of clearing the roots but.... DO NOT USE THE RUBBER GLOVES THAT ARE INCLUDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!. unless you want to lose a finger. That is my biggest complaint. The Auto feed is very slow too, in fact I didn't even think it was working but it kind of does. It seems to be made well the cables are very sturdy and strong which was important to me. Unfortunately, the cup wash function is not pressure activated, so you have to be careful not to accidentally click that switch without anything on it. My only complaint is that the measurements do not account for the mounting brackets. We were replacing our old sink with this one, measured 3 times to be certain we got the right size, and it 33” without the mounting brackets. Not a big deal if you’re cutting out the countertop at the time of install, but ours was previously cut out, so it wouldn’t fit without shaving down the countertop 1/2 inch or grinding off the mounting bracket.
