Love it! One of my favorite things in my new house!! I use it daily for my matcha, my hot tea and can use the hot water to soak very dirty potspans. Also great to remove price tags or sticky anything on dishes or whatever. One thing to note, I usually have it at a medium high temperature, but when I turn it higher when I need very hot water, I guess the water fills the tank and the water automatically comes spitting out of the faucet, which isn’t a big deal but can be a safety issue. If you have kids you need to make sure they’re not around the sink because the water does start spouting out from the faucet and it’s very hot. The filter will purify the tap water eliminating any chlorine, lead, rust, and bacteria. There is also a built-in leak detector to automatically monitor the water flow from the water source into the machine. We have incorporated a self-clean ozone function which will automatically clean the machine’s water tank with the injection of ozone by the press of a switch. The dispensing area is 10x2.5x9.5 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spouts. The water cooler is UL-listed. Setup is easy and the unit can be connected directly to your existing sink water line. All parts necessary for installation are included. The unit dimensions are 12x12x19 inches.

It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.
