Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. Washer works well. It is reasonably quiet and has low vibration levels. Overall capacity is good, especially compared to our previous 20+ year-old washer. This is considered a high-efficiency washer, so you have to get used to the lesser amount of water it uses compared to older machines. The primary negative is the fabric softener dispenser clogs with the softener residue quite frequently. We have to remove and clean the dispenser tray after every 10 loads or so. This is a review for the BB-1200L (I forgot to write a review) and the BB-Slim 3 models. I usually don't do reviews, but I was so impressed with the 1200L, inside of one month, I bought the second one. I no longer feel "clean" when I go to the restroom and have to rely on paper alone.
