For a traditional chicken coop, none of these winter chicken preparation steps mean much if we don't make the basic repairs necessary to get our coop through the colder months. This 71-inch large size spruce hen house is the perfect solution to your concerns. Thickened planks and reinforced metal mesh can ensure the safety and comfort of animals. The large capacity individual lockbox is designed to be ergonomic in height, so that you no longer feel the pain of constantly bending over to collect eggs. The coop is designed with a number of comfortable Spaces for at least 4 poultry: an internal living area, a large space on both the left and right sides of the bottom, and a full sun panel on the top, which protects the animals from rain and sun and at the same time softens the visual stimulation of external light. Until you find the best place for the coop, you can easily push it with the bottom pulley. The classic wood color look will also add long-lasting elegance to your yard.

Not as sturdy as I would like, but it definitely gets the job done. My pullets enjoy being secure outside and getting to scratch the ground.. Anonymous. Fri May 02 2025

This is a really nice chicken coop. It did take three people to put it together and took us a total of 5 hours to put together.(older people so took longer) It will fit 6-8 regular chickens but we put 10 frizzle chickens in it with plenty of space for them. (frizzles are less than half the size of regular chickens) The wire around the bottom is great at keeping out predetors but we dug down about a foot and put wire to keep them from digging under. The doors are well constructed.. Shelly. Watertown, NY. Tue Mar 24 2026

This is fine as a door. It looks good. However, I ordered one, and it arrived damaged, but I didn’t take it out of the box in time to be able to return it. Then I ordered another one because we couldn’t use the first one and that one was also damaged. That one we fixed up and decided to use it because we were out of time to mess around with returns and ordering another. it didn’t come with a locking mechanism or a track for the bottom of the door. You will also need to buy your own handles. . Pamela. Sunrise, FL. Fri Jun 23 2023

It is a very nice chicken coop. It is well made and easy to assemble. The color shown is the color of the actual product. It is very cute and looks great. It is easy to move around and I didn't have a concern that anything would be able to get in with my chickens and kill them. The reason I am giving 4 stars is that it is a very, very small coop. I moved and only had one chicken left. I wanted to take her with me because she is 11 years old and my new farm didn't have any kind of chicken coop area. I purchased this thinking it would be a great place for her live out her life. However, it is extremely small. I couldn't stand to see her in such a small area. I think it might be a great area for a couple of bunnies or if you need a place to put small chicks before you integrate them into an adult flock of chickens. I wish it was bigger because it is nicely constructed, easy to assemble and the colors worked for my farm. I will now just resell on Marketplace as I already have it all assembled and didn't want to try and repackage to send back. Pay attention to the dimensions shown in the discription and just know that this is a small coop!. Karen. Pacific, MO. Sun Jul 12 2026
