The lavatory sink legs provide support to your wall-mounted console sink and are manufactured for use with vitreous china, steel, or cast-iron lavatories. Constructed of metal, these hexagonal-shaped legs are perfect for new installations, replacement or to provide added support to a loose sink. The legs can also be cut to shorter lengths if desired. All parts are designed with quality engineering and construction to be durable and reliable to meet the highest quality standards.

The lavatory legs are high-quality, but did not adjust to the height that was mentioned in their description. The description said that the legs would adjust to 32 3/4", but they would only properly adjust to the sink bottom being only a maximum of 30 1/2" from the floor. The sink that I used them on, was 31" from the floor, so the escutcheon needed to go farther than the chromed legs until it was only covering the top adapter. This is a nice fan!!! The description is not accurate, it has no light. It was not a surprise for me because I got a description from the Broan site using the fan's code AE50110DCS. I had AE50110DC and wanted to replace it with an automatic fan that turns on automatically when humidity is high and works for a specific period of time (it has a timer, a duration is up to 60 min). The fan allows the user to select a speed 50, 80 or 110 CFM. My previous fan (AE50110DC) had a permanent speed of 110. AE50110DCS at 110 makes the same level of noise as AE50110DC at 110. AE50110DCS at 80 is a little bit quieter, just a little bit. Therefore, I selected the speed 50 CFM which is really quiet for me. I set a humidity selector at 70% and a timer at 60 min. I know that for a 4PC bathroom the speed of 50 CFM is not enough but I keep a door to the bathroom open all the time and the fan will run for 60 minutes, then check humidity again and start a new 60-min cycle if humidity is above 70%. I guess it should be enough, time will show. I had a choice to buy a bigger Panasonic fan which is as quiet at 110 CFM as this fan at 50 CFM, but decided to use a fan with the same dimensions as my old one.
