Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Wow! I waited for a while to do my review so I could really check this out. First, the delivery was top notch. It was brought by wayfair delivery service. I did hope they put in my entry way of my door, however, it was attached to a pallet and they said they didn’t want to scratch my floor. They left it outside the front door. For me, it wasn’t a problem, just a little inconvenient. The item was larger than I imagined. We unpacked it and got it where we wanted it. We waited an additional day to plug in since we moved it in from porch. After a day we plugged it in. It got to temp we set it to in a couple hours! We have used it for food and drinks to check it out. I really like the light in it. It has held temp and keeps the items we have in it perfectly cold.
