This product came with everything it was supposed to and provided clear instructions. Each item was individually wrapped and came in perfect condition. No scratches or knick’s. The black finish is one of my favorite features. It has a very sleek, modern look and matches our bedroom perfectly, giving the space a clean and updated feel. Assembly took about an hour from start to finish, which felt very reasonable. Once the fan itself was assembled, the wiring portion was straightforward and essentially wire-to-wire, which made installation much easier than expected. The fan feels sturdy and well-made once installed, and everything lined up properly without forcing any pieces. I also really love that it comes with a remote. The remote adds a lot of convenience and works smoothly, making it easy to control the fan and light without getting up. Excellent value for the price. I ordered three of these fans and put two in downstairs living areas and one in an upstairs bedroom that tends to be warm. They made an immediate difference in reducing the room temperature by three degrees. I mounted the remote controls on the walls next to the switches for each. Remotes are cool because they have speeds 1-6 and the ability to reverse the direction. There’s also a setting that will have the fan come on from time to time to circulate the air and a timer button to have it run for 2, 4 or 6 hours.
