Set up defiantly took some time, while it comes with “tools” it is best to have some real ones. This chair is easy to assemble. The plumbing is not standard USA fittings. I had to do some unusual plumbing to connect. The shampoo bowl is adjustable which is ideal for different size individuals. One thing to note is the mounting to the floor so the chair doesn't slide around. If you are placing this chair on a finished tile floor as I did, I had to make and mount a wooden base to glue it down and to screw it to the wall for stability. The sinks themselves are beautiful and comfortable! My issue is my salon is designed for sinks to lay flush against the wall. These sinks however can’t do that as the sink basin extends further out then the base. So if I push this against the wall the tilting feature of the sink won’t work. So I have to have my handyman construct something to fill this 6inch gap between sink and wall. I’m not sure what the “normal” plumbing should be as I’m not a plumber, however when trying to hook what came with sink onto the water lines they were not the correct fittings and I had to purchase to water lines and pieces to secure the drain pipe. Also there is no way to secure the front end of the chair to the floor to prevent the seat portion from sliding around or moving. If there was a way to bolt it to the floor that would have been a lot more secure. All in all though I would give the sinks 4 stars. Now if I’m giving customer service a review for shipping I would give 1 star! I had an issue with the shipping address and tried to make a change immediately after placing my order and I got sent in circles only for it not to be fixed luckily. In the end I was able to get the sinks but with massive hassle and stress! Wayfair nor fedex were any help at all. So I probably won’t make anymore purchases from Wayfair. Shaleena. Saltsburg Pa.
