I've had this chandelier for a year now. It took a while to arrive and when it did it was in 5 huge and very heavy boxes. It was professionally installed by a 3 person crew over 13 hours. As the installation neared completion it was discovered that a piece to enclose a circular ring at the base of the chandelier was too small. I contacted customer service and it was a nightmare to get the correct piece that fit. They sent me the same too small piece twice. Finally I had to go to nearby chandelier retailer who was able to obtain the correct size crystal ring for the base closure, after thwt ev3rythibf was perfect. The finished product is absolutely breaktaking. It is a statement and a conversation piece. Everyone who walks into my home is blown away by it. I will say it was well work the hassel of the incorrect piece. The picture speaks for itself. I would absolutely recommend this product. Meh. This thing is a lot. It came fast and was packaged well. The assembly info is one piece of paper and not really helpful. I had to look at the product photo to figure it out. Got most of it assembled and decided to not put it up. By the time I put all the crystal balls on the bottom of it I won’t be able to lift it and if I wait to do it when it’s up, I’ll be miserable bc there’s a lot of them. To me, it’s gorgeous but just not worth the trouble. If you like tedious projects, you may be fine with it and it is stunning in person. Just too much for me to get it up.. Jennifer.
