Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. We purchased a 36 inch along with the 12 inch drawer cabinet and a 24 inch base to get the best configuration for our bathroom renovation. For the money, quality is good. Assembly instructions are lacking, but my husband figured it out. Giving the other two pieces a 5-star, but taking 1 star off for the 36 as there is some damage on the door and the hinges required adjusting to adjust the door gap. But would recommend. It didn't feel sturdy after we assembled it and this vanity can't take a standard vanity top that is 22 inches deep. I have to have a custom top made for it. The interior shelf will also not allow a standard depth sink either. I thought it was just a standard size vanity so my mistake on that but I wouldn't recommend it because of the lack of quality.. Arrived with no instructions, had to request instructions online and then those instructions do not match the cabinet so had to try to find YouTube videos to help.
