While the white ceramic top may be durable, it's fussy, and water, as well as other minor household chemicals, leave liquid spots that must be wiped away almost immediately (the photo doesn't pick up the liquid spots). For that reason, I gave it one star less. However, a wet or dry microfiber cloth can moisten the liquid spots and wipe them away. This 24-inch freestanding transitional bathroom vanity in black features an integrated rectangular ceramic sink with an overflow hole, supporting both undermount and drop-in installation. Built with sturdy MDF cabinet and solid wood feet, it comes with 2 drawers and 1 soft-close door for ample hidden storage, fitted with sleek zinc alloy round handles. Designed for compact bathrooms, this unit offers a total weight capacity of 200 lbs, requires simple assembly and ships in one package; faucet is not included.

I got it together! That was challenging. It seemed like all of the little bolts that get grabbed by the twisty bolts were all bent slightly, or rather the drilled holes were all crooked a bit. So I'm trying to push the top set of boards onto the base need like 16 bolts and dowels to align, and nothing lines up. It took about 45 minutes of pushing really hard on different ones until it finally clicked together. The other issue was the drawer slides that you have to screw on were not very clear on the instructions where the screws go (the diagram showed 3 holes but the slides had 4, and you coun't tell which was the top versus bottom in the diagram, so I got it together and drawers were about a quarter inch from closing, so I had to shift all my screws. All that said, it finally looks fine. The cabinet door is a bit askew, despite adjusting, but that's the ONLY issue and minor since you can't see that problem looking from above where users will be standing. Sigh, worth the money! A great addition to our bathroom, looks really great, very sturdy and very functional. And yes, it does require assembly but a lot easier than it looks, I actually enjoyed putting it together, since it was easy step by step instructions. Its a pretty nice vanity. I will say the color is a little darker than it looks in the picture and the instructions are not correct at a certain step so it is a little confusing putting the top (faceboard) on.
