The modern vanity light cover hides your dated "Hollywood" light bar, to instantly refresh your bathroom to create a stunning modern designer look. The high-quality textured white fabric shade softens the harsh glare from exposed bare light bulbs. Our premium linen fabric will remain durable in steamy bathrooms and keep its shape, unlike less-expensive fabrics. Our heavy gauge wall brackets don't rely on glue or hook & loop fastener so your shade will not sag or shift over time. The best feature is the easy DIY installation which means no electrician or re-wiring is needed. This conversion kit comes with clear instructions, 1 fabric shade, 2 wall brackets, 2 anchors, and 2 screws for quick DIY installation. How do you improve on perfection? In this case, make it smaller. Introducing the petite version of our popular loft sconce, featuring the same elegant contrasts as its big brother. An oval backplate in fine aluminum offsets the slim diffuser, which is fashioned from co-extruded clear and white acrylic to soften and distribute the light with beautiful precision even in this miniaturized format. Pair the mini-loft with the larger version for a consistent lighting scheme throughout.

I bought this as an open box item and am very pleased with it! I realized, after our bathroom remodel was completed, that I needed additional light in the bathroom, especially at night. A small wall sconce to match my larger one did not do the trick and the grills around the light threw shadows. While beautiful at night, it was not functional light other than brushing one's teeth and being in or going through the bathroom in general. Because I have a lot going on in the bathroom between 5 tile patterns and a gorgeous sink from Morocco, as well as those beautiful wall sconces, I needed a light above the mirrored medicine cabinet that was happy with being a supporting player. This was the perfect width for the medicine cabinet and produces a good amount of light in the bathroom for my needs when it's dark outside. I love the oval backplate and that you can choose to have it single or stacked and made double (like I've done). It's a nice departure from the square and rectangle backplates other bath bars have and gives it a more feminine style overall, in my opinion. It also a bit of Art Deco when stacked, which I love! If my medicine cabinet was recessed, then this would be absolutely PERFECT for up close to the mirror needs (pulling errant facial hairs!). It is still heads and shoulders above what I was experiencing without it. Now, I have more even light over the sink area about a foot away from the mirror and no shadows from the wall sconces. The 3000 k LED light color is great, not too cold and not too warm. I'm happy with that as I am really picky with my LED color output (soft white is my fave). This came quicker than expected and I'm very happy with it overall. I went with the black finish as my sink faucet is black and there is black wrought iron detailing on the legs of the sink vanity. While the remaining bathroom hardware is Venetian and oil-rubbed bronze finish, this looks great and because of the limited area of black that shows, it's hard to tell that it is black once it's installed up on the wall. If I suddenly want it to be more like the rest of the hardware, I'll use my trusty English Brown Modern Masters metallic paint to coordinate it. But right now, the black is perfect-o!. Melissa.
