We ordered the Bromley 60” vanity with quartz top and we couldn’t be happier with it. The wood is very beautiful! I was a little concerned the variation in the wood would be drastic, but it is not. The piece is solid and sturdy. The drawers and doors are soft close and the handles (which haven’t been turned around) are dark. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. The quartz looks nice, but if you're used to natural stone, it's obvious that it isn't marble. Installation was mostly straightforward, although the included drain assembly wasn't compatible with our plumbing and had to be replaced. Customer service was great and reimbursed us for the extra expense. The drawers are one of my favorite features and make the vanity very functional for everyday use. Gorgeous vanity. Extremely well made. Ordered the marble countertop as well, very heavy. Will need two people to carry. The back panel is removable which is great, but I do wish the bottom panel was also removable as our plumbing runs both thru back wall and bottom of floor.
