This fountain is very easy to assemble, producing a soft bubbling sound that cannot be heard at a distance, and little to minimal splash. This fountain has heavy components and may require lifting assistance.

I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation. Note that it arrives heavily protected on a wooden pallet with quite a bit of hay/packing material to clean up, but the fountain itself is worth it.. Brandon. San Francisco, CA. Tue Mar 24 2026

I bought two of these urns and the quality is great! They replaced Haddonstone urns which were much more expensive and did not last as they should. This urn even has a drainage hole in the bottom. Verde

In the winter, if a planter is to remain planted, it should be raised up off the ground making sure not to block the drainage hole. This allows the planter to drain and will prevent the planter from freezing to the ground. If the planter is not to be planted, it should be brought inside a garage or shed. If this is not possible, follow the steps above, but turn the planter upside down to prevent it from filling with snow and ice. It should then be covered or wrapped with burlap or any absorbent material (old blanket/towel) and then wrapped with dark plastic to prevent it from accumulating moisture.
