Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! Steps are ok for many uses. Putting them together was a bit tricky. The worst part was the tallest step to put together. Had to use a small flat screwdriver to pry open the metal to allow the step to go in place. Overall, it was not too bad to finish. Now the Part for me that is "Deceiving" is the description. To me "ROLLING" means they have castors/wheels. Nope none to be found. I had initially got these with the intent of rolling it around to paint & do other household chores. So for now dragging it on a moving blanket is my only answer, unless my husband is willing to drill holes in the legs somehow & put on wheels. Wish they had used a different description.. Cheryl. So far so good. Please note that you are going to be out of breath if you use the hand pump to set this thing up. We have a battery operated pump used for the boat water toys, that helped us speed things up with set up. Also be sure to stake it!
