The cabinets just need to be adjusted and I feel the packaging could have been better to prevent things from shifting so much, there was no support other than an empty box inside both cabinets, I feel they should replace that with a solid block of styrofoam. One side came with more of a gap between the cabinets and need to be adjusted more than the other side. They sent us another one and arranged for the first one to be picked up from our home. The damage was to the support rings underneath, shown in one of the photos above.
