So far so good. Install was relatively easy, but because of its size, having a few extra folks to help hold it in place would be a good idea. My wife and I managed, but it was a bit tricky for just us 2 folks to install and we almost gave up. The gesture control seems a bit finicky, and we can't get it to work reliably. Maybe with time we'll figure it out. The buttons work fine though, and the remote control is a nice touch. The stainless-steel finish, display, and led lights look great. Definitely an upgrade from the Broan powerpack it replaced. As far as noise, it seems to be as loud as our old Broan PM350 we replaced. The grates tend to vibrate a little, so that with the fan contributes to the noise. I was hoping for something quieter, but it's no worse than the unit it replaced, so not a deal breaker. As for airflow, it seems a bit stronger than the broan unit it replaced, which was rate for only 350cfm. This one is rated at 900cfm at max speed, but i don't have a way to measure/confirm that. The fan cage seems bigger, and it's been doing a good job so far of keeping the smells/vapors out of the kitchen while cooking. This is a very nice vent. It has a hands free feature that you can control it with waving your hand. The installation was very difficult. The screws that come with it have a small head and wouldn’t hold the vent hood up without pulling through. My husband had to use different screws with a larger head and that helped. This Range is good is absolutely stunning right out of the box, and promises to be even more attractive and functional after I install it. I’m in a holding pattern right at the moment because I have to replace the corner cabinet due to a manufacturing defect. I hope to update this review with additional pictures once completed. The stainless steel is very solid and tends to resist finger marks, unlike lower grade goods that I’ve looked at in appliance stores.
