I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. Love the height and reach of the Danze Parma vessel sink faucet. We bought 2 of them. The lever and spout move easily. Easy to install on our marble bathroom countertop and without caulk. The hot water supply line is labeled. Each faucet comes with a drain and you can make it an overflow or without overflow drain with provided parts. We could not use the drains on this project because the diameter of our vessel sink drain opening is too big. When I first installed the bathroom lighting (5-light vanity fixture), I used regular (standard bulb-shaped) bulbs. Looked attractive, but thought it would give off more brilliance. I just changed the bulbs to the T10 LED variety, and WOW ... WHAT BRILLIANCE!! So, it isn't always the design of the fixture, but rather the bulb application that can make a world of difference.
