This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. This replacement window kit is for portable air conditioners. The kit includes an exhaust hose of 5 inches in diameter, hose outlet connector, window panel hose connector and 3 window panels. This window kit does not include the existing hose inlet adaptor which was provided with the portable air conditioner unit. Universal compatibility: The exhaust hose fits most portable air conditioner models. The hose is 5 inches in diameter and the length can be adjusted from 15 inches up to 5 feet. it will be necessary for you to verify that the 5 inch diameter exhaust hose will fit your unit exhaust. Only the hose outlet adaptor is included. The window bracket is adjustable fitting all horizontal and vertical windows from 20-inches to 38-inches wide. It is not suitable for casement windows.
