[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. This is a very well built range hood. Plenty of power for clearing smoke from frying and steam from hot pots. Reduction of odors from the kitchen while cooking are noticeable! Light is plenty bright and even on the highest setting, fan noise is not objectionable. Black stainless color blends well with other similar colored appliances in our kitchen from GE, Samsung, and KitchenAid. Only concerns are that you absolutely should inspect both the box and appliance prior to installation. Ours arrived with a large and noticeable dent in the hood that could not be repaired. Wayfair support was helpful swapping this. Carefully inspected the new unit prior to installation. No issues. Note this does not come with a 110v cord. If your installation is using a 110v outlet for power, you will need to purchase a grounded appliance cord separately. Note that photos were taken with light on brightest setting. Wow what a difference! This range hood replaced one we had that seemed like it was from the 1990s. We got the 36 inch wide and it fit our under cabinet space perfectly. It took up less space under our cabinet and was higher than our other range hood so less risk of bumping our heads! The shape is really sleek. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this hood 2 months back and it is working well. We liked the "boxy" look of this model as opposed to the "awning" style look of most undercab hoods. We also liked that this had the option for connection to ducting out the back of the hood, which made this easy to duct outside (we didn't have to go up into the cabinet, just ducted straight back outside). Install was fairly easy (just screwed in two "runners" under our cabinets, then slotted the hood onto those runners, screwed in place, and then installed the mesh screens). Overall it runs quietly and does a decent job sucking up fumes from our induction stovetop. If I had a gas range I might opt for something more powerful (but we didn't want too many CFMs as we believe that would have forced us to introduce make-up or return air into our kitchen to meet local codes). Other random tidbit - we love the manual turn knobs (as opposed to the cheap touch screens you typically see on vent hoods). Overall, we're very happy with this product!. Jacob Vent Hood Review.
