This pergola is a modern addition that looks sharp attached to my old house. I would have given it five stars. However, it required three professionals and took them four hours to install. I was originally just looking for a small gazebo to enjoy the summer, but my wife happened to stumble upon this 12x20 monster. The price was right, so I figured, why not go big? It arrived on a truck, perfectly packed without scratch. Three of us started the assembly right after brunch and worked straight through the evening. We were finally able to sit back and relax. This is a very nice and very large greenhouse. It is made with good quality materials. The instructions could be better. If there were pictures in the instructions it would be very helpful. Some parts weren’t marked correctly and some weren’t marked at all. There was even a part shown in the instructions that didn’t even exist. Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good.
