This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. The towel warmer has 4 vertical heating rails that all the towels can fit over that one heated rack. As a space saver and a storage solution, it looks neat. When using the heated towel rack, you do not have to wash your towel off for every single user you can wait 4 or 6 days before washing your towel again.

Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
