Installed the system relatively easy. Had to go to a plumbing store to buy different parts to connect to my beverage faucet that was not a Kohler faucet. The only thing that was inconsistent was the picture on the site shows a brass T fitting and the unit comes with a plastic T fitting. This is somewhat deceiving for the price you pay for the unit. Does a very good job of washing although I rinse all dishes before placing them in the machine. Its not a garbage disposal and I want it to last forever. I usually use the Rapid Wash setting which is a 1 hour wash/rinse/dry. I remember someone saying this machine is loud. It is not as loud as my toaster.
