While the overall experience was vey good up and until post delivery of the product, the aftermath was more than we could take: my wife and I were not expecting a tsunami of phone calls, e-mail onslaught and insistence that we should continue to associate, some at the most inappropriate times, with any and all customer service assistants even after bitterly complaining and even screaming through the phone at the dinner interuptor“perpetrators. The door quality is great but the lock in place doesn’t allow it to be replaced with many other choices from what’s on the market and almost impossible to find one with a keypad operated by phones.
