While the overall experience was vey good up and until post delivery of the product, the aftermath was more than we could take: my wife and I were not expecting a tsunami of phone calls, e-mail onslaught and insistence that we should continue to associate, some at the most inappropriate times, with any and all customer service assistants even after bitterly complaining and even screaming through the phone at the dinner interuptor“perpetrators. It turned us off to wayfair for good.. Anonymous. Fri Feb 16 2024

We love our new fiberglass door. This section of the house gets lots of sun and occasional rains. But because it is fiberglass I don't worry about it like a would with a wood door. It is very heavy and solid. It also looks great in our remodeled kitchen. Thank you Wayfair!. Craig. Hilo, HI. Tue Apr 14 2026

Beautiful wood door, it was prehung so installers had a fairly easy time of it. It really dressed up the house.
