The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. While delivery was a mess that was not typical for Wayfair in our experience, this vanity is beautiful, solid, and HEAVY. It is going to look so great in pur bathrroom. It was carefully packaged and arrived undamaged, even with my husband and I having to figure out how to get it up our steps in the rain. Dobt hesitate to buy. Its gorgepus and grea quality.
