This is a great rug but it is rolled the wrong way in the wrapper so it doesn’t lie flat when you unroll it. The edges flip up. This is nice rug - good quality, colors presented accurately. Be aware that the rug has that distinguished look of hand made rug with some imperfections. Also due to the type of wool use and striped pattern, I would not suggest using this rug for classical, formal, traditional interiors as well as for the sharp modern style with polished high end furniture. This is a very pretty rug that is thicker than I thought it would be. It arrived rolled instead of being folded in a box. It took only a couple of hours to lay flat.
